As per the San Francisco Chronicle, the 55-year-old actress recently listed her Edwardian-style historic home for $11.75 million. Online real estate platforms like Zillow confirm that the sale of the property from 1907 is currently in the pending stage.

The article mentions that Julia Roberts initially purchased the house in January 2020 for $8.3 million.
